Our journey began with a family entering the hospitality industry in 1988. Today, Golden Eye Hospitality is focused on acquiring, developing, and operating exceptional hospitality assets throughout the Southeast.
1988
Hospitality Begins
Our story began when Kalpesh Patidar’s parents entered the hospitality industry after immigrating to the United States, starting in entry-level roles and learning hotel operations from the ground up.
2000
First Hotel Ownership
After years of dedication and operating experience, the family’s first hotel acquisition marked the transition from hotel employees to hotel owners.
2015
A New Generation
Kalpesh Patidar partnered with Mukesh Patel and began acquiring hospitality assets with a focus on operational improvement, revenue growth, and value creation.
2015–2018
Proven Turnaround Strategy
Multiple underperforming hotels were transformed through renovations, disciplined operations, and market-driven strategies that substantially improved performance.
2018
Expansion Into Georgia
The focus shifted back to Georgia, where larger assets were acquired and repositioned through comprehensive renovation and operational improvements.

Golden Eye Hospitality Founded
Golden Eye Hospitality was established to transform a traditional family business into a professional hospitality investment, development, and management platform.
2020–2025

During one of the most challenging periods in hospitality history, Golden Eye Hospitality acquired overlooked opportunities, protected asset value, improved operations, and positioned properties for long-term success.

From Acquisitions To Development
Golden Eye Hospitality began transitioning from acquiring existing hotels to developing new hospitality assets designed for long-term growth and investor value.
